Who We Are

Our firm, Altyazar (meaning "subtitler" in Turkish), was founded in May, 2008 and is the first and the only firm in Turkey focusing solely on subtitling. Even though we are a relatively young firm, many members of our team have years of experience in the field, some of them have been in the translation business for more than 10 years.

Our continuous goal is to do research on developments in languages and subtitling techniques and also to train new subtitlers. An important detail here is that our subtitlers are not part-timers, they are all professional translators, dedicated to sharing their knowledge with new team members.
